Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Helping patients who are using medical equipment;
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
- Language: Proficiency in Croatian/Slovenian (C2/native) and English (B2);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project/interest in diabetes related topics;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
