- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone);
- Meeting targets set by the client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1-C2) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
- Ability to prioritise and plan;
- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Tech-savvy background, ability to solve problems, and troubleshooting skills;
- Attention to detail.
