Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in Georgian (C1/native) and English (B2) or Polish (B2)
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
