Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak

 

Fullly remote position (Poland based)

 

Salary: 40 PLN gross per hour, we offer an employment contract or mandate contract.


Monthly salary: 6400–7300 PLN gross.

 

The position is based on an equivalent working time system.

 

Foundever is looking for new employees for a project related to healthcare and medical devices supporting patients with diabetes.

 

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service role supporting users of medical devices and related services. The role involves assisting customers via phone and email, answering questions about products and services, and helping resolve reported issues.

 

An ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is empathetic and has a customer-focused approach.

Experience in customer service, healthcare support, or technical assistance will be considered an additional advantage but are not mandatory.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service and assisting with resolving issues related to product (glucometers)
  • Working towards achieving customer satisfaction targets set by managers

An ideal candidate:

  • Is fluent in Czech and Slovak (C1-C2) and has communicative level of English (B1)
  • Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00
  • Demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Wants to work in an international environment
  • Can use a computer with ease and knows general application of MS Office tools
  • Is motivated and eager to develop their career
