Location:Warszawa

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Department preferably in the aviation industry (MRO experience is a strong advantage).
  • Successful previous sales experiences as well as independence and ability to achieve set goals.
  • A customer-oriented attitude as well as business sense.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and aviation sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the execution of the sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Building and promoting LOTAMS capabilities, developing a strong relationship with our current customers and the new ones.
  • Proactive activities by identifying emerging markets and prospect opportunities.
  • Leading autonomously sales prospection, negotiation and contract management by designing customer offers.
  • Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience to our clients.
  • Objective setting and performance monitoring as well as presenting sales, revenue and forecasts reporting to the management team.
